The Santa Fe Southwest Grill was originally conceived by Gordon and Micki Patterson in the spring of 1991. With her God given cooking abilities compounded with those learned from her mother, Micki successfully ran “Mick’s Corral” restaurant in Saratoga Wyoming for a number of years. This included being prep-cook, line cook and dishwasher. Shortly after moving to Rock Springs and with some encouragement and some convincing from her husband, Gordon, they embarked together on their local restaurateur adventure.

They all have grown to be quite successful as their accolades are too numerous to log on this small page alone. They are all greatly missed and thought of often.
