Most of the recipes were Micki’s and her Mother, Alene Roubidoux

Are your fried breads and sopapillas really made from scratch?
A:
Absolutely they are and they are always cooked when you order, never ahead of time.

Do you serve breakfast?

You bet! 7am till 11am and you can order our famous breakfast burritos all day long.

Do you do banquets and meetings?
A:
Yes we do both. Our banquet facilty is equipped with state of the art audio and PA for 
any business or social function and we love to cater too!

Speaking of catering, how many guests can you cater for?
A:
We are fully equipped to cater special events with glassware and utensils for up to 600 guests!

What are your hours of operation?

7am till 9pm except Sundays when we close at 4pm

Do you use fresh produce?
A:
Yes, freshness is very important to us. We cut our own steaks, and make all our own recipes, breads, salsas, etc. Notice that if you want a rare hamburger at the Santa
Fe, you don’t have to sign a waiver? That’s because we grind and form our own
hamburgers in house from fresh sirloin trim.

What is most important aspect of your job?
A:
Keeping our customers happy. They’re our boss and they pay our bills. This is why we try very hard to treat our customers just like we would want to be treated.

Do you have any other restaurants?
A:
Yes. The 9 Iron Italian Grill at the golf course in Rock Springs serves fantastic Italian pastas and mouthwatering steaks and fish.
